About Me
I like to speak to my clients one on one and really ask questions, make sure they understand the difference between the prices and services, different promotions, and everything. My first lesson as a travel advisor is that you can never trust anything that isn’t written on paper and legally enforceable. You can’t just call someone and start asking questions, not even the cruise line. You need to ask questions. Where does it say that in the cancellation policy? Can I read the vacation protection plan? Everything is explained in writing. As a travel agent, I consider that part to be my job, in order to protect the buyer’s interest.
