For those who like to learn about the culture aspects of a nation, San Nicolas, is known as the culture capital of Aruba, located about 20 minutes from Oranjestad at the southeast end of the island. 

History buffs may want to visit the first Roman Catholic Church in Aruba, Lourdes Grotto, a famous French religious landmark, Fort Zoutman, Historical Museum  

The Arikok National Park, Bubali Bird Sanctuary, The Butterfly Farm, Donkey Santuary Aruba Ostrich Farm; Phillip's  Animal Garden, Cave Explorations, Natural Bridges, 

Palm Beach alone has over 100 restaurants alone and offers a unique dining experience. Santa Rosa boasts eight acres of agriculture and farms and markets in Aruba; it takes place on the first Sunday of every month. Both locals and tourists can enjoy a variety of fresh organic local produce. Aruba also has many wellness and yoga retreats. 

One of the top wedding venues, perfect for romance and honeymoons, located just below the hurricane belt, Aruba has perfect weather year around at just about 82 degrees. The wide range of activities make it perfect for family vacations and all wellness retreats and yoga offer great rest and relaxation opportunities. 

American Dollars are accepted everywhere on the island. However, you can exchange currency at the airport. Taxis and car rentals are available at the airports.
